Chapter 59 of 59

Chapter 59

Shi Qi grabbed Shang Sui's wrist.

The sensation was too intense, causing her pupils to lose focus for a moment, her expression going blank. Only when Shang Sui reached out to touch her cheek did she realize she had nearly lost consciousness.

Shang Sui's voice was hoarse, also strained: "Are you okay?"

"Mmgh...!"

Shi Qi let out a response that was part pain, part pleasure, her fingers digging inch by inch into Shang Sui's arm.

A moment later, Shi Qi came to her senses a little, realized she was about to scratch him bloody, and immediately let go.

"If you can't take it, scratch me."

Shang Sui took her limp hands and guided them to his own body: "Relax a little, baby."

Shi Qi had no strength left, clinging limply to his shoulders.

Seeing her gradually able to catch her breath, Shang Sui finished his sentence: "Don't hold so tight."

Shi Qi stared at him blankly, her cat-like eyes wide open.

The next instant, Shi Qi let out a short, sharp cry.

Her trembling fingers couldn't be restrained, clawing wildly at Shang Sui's back; her frantic, broken reaction spurred him to become even more unrestrained.

The Omega's cheeks were flushed crimson, her petal-like lips slightly parted, the small glimpse of her teeth like the pearlescent sheen inside a pearl oyster.

"Wait… mnh…!" Shi Qi's fragmented voice was swallowed whole as Shang Sui pinned her with one hand and eagerly cupped her face with the other.

The Alpha's Pheromone came down in an overwhelming wave and, like its master, penned Shi Qi into a space no bigger than an inch.

The linen sheets rustled with a sandy sound, mixed with other sticky noises.

Shi Qi's eyes rolled back slightly, her once-clear gaze growing utterly dazed.

Her delicate little face was wet with tears, all thought completely gone.

Shang Sui watched her, mesmerized, unable to look away.

Unable to help himself, he kissed Shi Qi's damp cheek: "So cute."

Shi Qi trembled all over, finding Shang Sui's behavior utterly spine-chilling, instinctively wanting to flee:

"H-help… help me…"

She trembled all over, like a flower swaying violently in a storm.

Seeing her struggle, Shang Sui only grew more excited, his eyes filling with intense interest.

"Oh my," he asked affectionately, "who are you calling for, Xiao Qi?"

Unlike his seemingly gentle words, Shang Sui gripped Shi Qi's waist, pinning her firmly in place:

"There's no one here but me."

Shi Qi's arms, hooked over his shoulders, tightened involuntarily, her sobbing response muffled and unclear.

The thought that Shi Qi was now intimately connected to him made Shang Sui's eyes narrow slightly, like the eerie vertical pupils of a reptile.

"You're mine. Mine alone."

A sick, delighted look surfaced on the Alpha's striking face, and the Pheromone he was already on the verge of losing control of erupted as sharply as if his Sensitivity Period had suddenly arrived: ‘Forever.’

The rich scent of honey spread everywhere. For a moment, Shi Qi almost felt like an insect trapped in resin, struggling in vain before being encased in translucent sap to form a beautiful piece of amber.

She blinked slowly, instinctively looking at the Alpha so close to her.

Shang Sui smiled encouragingly: "Yes, good girl. Just look at me."

Shi Qi's long eyelashes fluttered like butterfly wings, her deep gray eyes filled with his reflection.

Shang Sui's smile deepened, asking tenderly: "Kitty baby, who am I?"

"Shang Sui…"

"A different name. I want to hear something else."

"What… what do you want to hear?"

"Guess."

Shi Qi opened her mouth, about to speak—

A sudden change made her voice break, crying out unprepared: "I… I don't know, I don't know!"

Shang Sui grabbed her flailing feet, fingers tightening, then hoisted them directly onto his shoulders.

In her confusion, Shi Qi called out every title she could think of, like a plea for help: "Gege, Xiao Sui gege! Mnh…?! Why won't you stop…!"

Shang Sui paused briefly, then redoubled his efforts, like a beast that had completely thrown off its shackles, wanting to claim every inch of her as his own.

Shi Qi was going crazy, guessing wildly: "Dar… darling?"

His aggression-filled brain was unexpectedly scratched, as if touched by a cat's soft, pink paw pad.

Shang Sui chuckled deeply: "Too cute, baby."

He lowered his head and took Shi Qi's lips, exchanging an extremely lingering kiss.

Sweetness melted in their mouths. In the chaos, the high Compatibility Index Pheromone was like a clear spring; even if it was only drinking poison to quench thirst, it still temporarily eased the burning heat inside Shi Qi's body.

Shi Qi sobered from the excessive stimulation and gradually began to respond.

The feeling of being possessed made her dizzy, while a strange sense of satisfaction welled up in her heart.

She caught the scent of her own Pheromone on Shang Sui, that clear, pure fragrance wrapping around the Alpha as though flowering branches were wound tightly around a tree.

Confirming that Shang Sui smelled of her from head to toe, Shi Qi's arms tightened around his neck.

Mine now.

At this thought, a surge of excitement rose in Shi Qi's heart, and she bit Shang Sui's lips in turn, as if venting.

She bit Shang Sui's lips without mercy, hooking him into a kiss as if desperate to leave a mark as a sign.

Seeing this, Shang Sui responded to her even more fiercely.

Gradually adjusting, Shi Qi began to feel light-headed.

She couldn't help but become addicted to this feeling, actively clinging to the Alpha for more, like a soft, boneless feline.

Shi Qi's breath carried the fragrance of Lily of the Valley, her beautiful, full lips uttering ambiguous words:

"Hold me, Shang Sui, hold me…"

Long, sturdy arms wrapped around Shi Qi's back, pulling her into his embrace.

Shang Sui stared at her unblinkingly, mesmerized, carving Shi Qi's captivating expression into his mind.

Almost at the same time, a dull rumble of thunder came from outside the window.

The previously clear night sky darkened without warning; heavy black clouds gathered in the distance, and the flash of lightning briefly turned the room's scene black and white.

Shang Sui glanced out the window, his tone ambiguous: "What a coincidence."

A thunderstorm had to start right now.

Shi Qi wrapped her legs around his waist, her breathing ragged, but she still comforted him first: "Don't be afraid."

Shang Sui didn't speak, pressing his cheek against hers.

A fine sheen of sweat floated on both of them, and they were full of each other's Pheromone, like two vines twisted tightly together.

Shang Sui gently brushed aside Shi Qi's damp, pale hair, fully revealing those translucent eyes.

He spoke softly, like a confession, like a vow:

"With you here, I'll never be afraid."

-

Bright post-storm sunlight slanted into the room. A night had passed, yet the scents of honey and Lily of the Valley remained intensely thick, like a decadent, blooming thicket.

Shang Sui closed his fingers, grasping the smaller hand of the person beside him on the pillow.

Shi Qi was too exhausted, still in deep sleep even as the sun climbed high; her breathing was even, her fair cheeks flushed with a thin layer of sleep-induced pink.

Like a sleeping fairy? Or a princess who had mistakenly eaten a poisoned apple?

As Shang Sui was lost in these idle thoughts, Shi Qi's long, thick eyelashes trembled and slowly opened.

Freshly awakened, the Omega looked dazed, seemingly unsure of the situation.

Shang Sui couldn't help but smile, squeezing her slender wrist.

"Good morning, baby."

Shi Qi met the other pair of eyes so close to hers, and memories slowly returned.

Images from last night flooded her mind one after another, and her cheeks gradually began to burn crimson.

Especially remembering how, later, unable to hold back, she had needed to use the bathroom, and Shang Sui had actually, actually carried her all the way there…!

And said all those things to her.

Before last night, she had never imagined Shang Sui's mind was filled with so much filth; calling him 'lewd' would be letting him off easy.

After finally getting cleaned up and returning, Shang Sui had held her and done it again; by the end, Shi Qi was dazed and, half-resisting, half-yielding, had said many wild things herself.

Just thinking about it made her fingers curl involuntarily.

"What's wrong? Waking up with that expression."

Shi Qi couldn't help but curse him: "You're such a pervert."

"Mm, I am a pervert," Shang Sui agreed with a smile, not ashamed but proud, "Do you like it?"

"…"

The overly familiar situation made Shi Qi's scalp prickle with conditioned reflex.

It was just like last night.

It was far too embarrassing; even though she had experienced unparalleled pleasure and secretly liked being treated that way, she was too awkward to admit it.

Seeing her shyness, Shang Sui had eventually resorted to Mind Manipulation, persistently asking if she liked it, if she wanted more, all sorts of explicit words pouring out.

Shi Qi reacted, saying immediately: "Don't use Mind Manipulation on me!"

Any more and Shi Qi would probably explode; Shang Sui knew when to stop.

"Alright, alright, no more teasing. Let's go wash up."

He got up first, walked around to the other side, and picked Shi Qi up: "Hungry? I had someone bring food."

The two of them, still sticky and clinging, went into the bathroom. Midway, Shi Qi remembered what she had experienced there and stomped on his foot in retaliation, only to be quickly appeased by a gentle kiss.

Neither was wearing clothes. After washing up, Shang Sui opened the wardrobe and casually took out a Sleeping Robe to put on.

Shi Qi saw the intricate embroidery on the back of the Sleeping Robe and thought, you really never forget to be elegant, do you.

Shang Sui asked: "What do you want to wear?"

Shi Qi shuffled over to the wardrobe in her slippers.

The dark wooden wardrobe was inlaid with ornate mother-of-pearl carvings. On the left hung everyday clothes like T-shirts and shirts; the row of variously colored garments on the right made Shi Qi's eyes widen.

A back-lacing bustier dress, a pink-and-black Maid Outfit, a pure white Apron covered in ruffles, a sailor uniform, a short qipao.

The folded section and the drawers held, in order, Faley Leg Ring pieces in all kinds of colors, bow garter stockings, silk stockings... and at the very bottom, a pair of satin ballet flats with ribbon ties.

Shi Qi looked over the wardrobe full of women's clothing, then turned back to Shang Sui: "So you have this kind of hobby."

Thinking that artists often have their quirks, Shi Qi's expression shifted from shock to one of understanding: "You could have told me earlier. I don't mind."

"Lin Yan said Jiang Yoning tricked you into wearing a dress when you were little."

Shi Qi keenly sensed danger: "What do you mean?"

Shang Sui didn't confirm or deny it: "I only brought part of it. There's more at home."

Shi Qi met his gaze and confirmed this pile of bizarre things was all prepared for her.

"Is there anything you like?" The Alpha's eyes flashed with a wicked red light as he coaxed, "Pick one. You'd look beautiful in it."

"No way." Shi Qi refused without hesitation, holding out her hand to Shang Sui: "Give me normal clothes."

She had thought Shang Sui would at least fuss for a while, wheedling and pestering her to wear something, but in the end he wasn't too excessive, obediently handing her a shirt.

Little did she know the other person planned to take it step by step—let her see it first, get used to it slowly.

The shirt Shang Sui chose was very oversized, with layered lace at the cuffs and a deep V-neck, in a French court style, its light hem covering her thighs.

The lace shirt needed to be tied from the back. Shi Qi looked at herself in the mirror and complained: "The effect is practically the same as wearing a dress."

Shang Sui smiled, his hand sliding down: "Xiao Qi has such straight legs."

Shi Qi's legs were straight and slender, but now they had little strength, only able to stand limply.

The red mole on her leg had been rubbed over and over last night, like a blooming crimson petal against the snow-white skin of her inner thigh.

Shi Qi felt her appearance was somewhat indecent and was about to ask him to find her some pants when Shang Sui put her underwear on her and simply carried her downstairs.

"You…"

Shang Sui looked at her with smiling eyes: "Hmm?"

Seeing Shang Sui seemed so happy, Shi Qi swallowed the words on the tip of her tongue.

Forget it. Whatever.

Her legs were particularly sore and weak; too lazy to walk, she simply let the other person serve her.

Shang Sui walked all the way to the dining table, pulled out a chair, and sat down with her in his arms.

Shi Qi cooperatively parted her legs, sitting astride him face-to-face.

While Shi Qi was sleeping, the servants had been to the first floor; the dining table was laid with various delicious dishes.

Most Omegas' Heat Phase lasts from three or four days to a week, during which they mostly can't eat, only drink water.

Thinking of Shi Qi's usual tastes, Shang Sui had specifically requested desserts, asking the chef to make them as light as possible.

But Shi Qi only glanced at them with distaste, then turned and buried her head in his shoulder.

Shang Sui's heart softened at her affectionate gesture, but he also felt a pang of distress.

He patted Shi Qi's thin back like coaxing a child, asking softly: "Don't want to eat?"

Shi Qi gave a muffled 'mm'.

Afraid she'd get dehydrated, Shang Sui fed her a little sweet fruit juice.

Seeming unwilling to move, Shi Qi lazily opened her lips and drank from the glass in his hand, taking small sips.

After feeding her, Shang Sui thought of something: "I didn't get a chance to ask earlier. How much of the past have you remembered specifically?"

"Up to the Thousand Lantern Festival, then there's a blank period, followed by your Sensitivity Period Thunderstorm Day." Shi Qi said quietly, "That was the day we parted."

Shang Sui looked thoughtful: "I see."

Shi Qi watched his expression: "Is there something important?"

"I was telling you a story. We got separated halfway through."

"When you remember that part, I want to tell you the complete story."

About why I hate thunderstorm days, and how you once saved me.

Shi Qi nodded. After hesitating a moment, she straightened up and leaned closer to him.

She had been fed too well by Shang Sui last night, and earlier when changing upstairs, Shi Qi hadn't noticed anything unusual.

But gradually, the burning sensation deep inside her body began to spread again.

Her Heat Phase wasn't over yet. Shi Qi licked her lips and suddenly felt a pang of hunger, but it couldn't be satisfied by food.

More than food, she wanted to kiss.

The shirt's hem soon grew damp; Shang Sui also noticed her change.

Shi Qi was shy for only a moment before yielding to instinct, leaning forward to peck Shang Sui's lips.

The Alpha kissed her back. They had both just drunk juice; their lips met with a sweet-and-sour taste.

Shi Qi's heart itched unbearably, but she waited and waited for him to take further action.

She was not satisfied with a kiss that only skimmed the surface. Hooking one arm around Shang Sui's neck, her slender fingers slid to his sensitive gland and gave it a coaxing squeeze:

"I want it."

Shang Sui's breath hitched, still unsure what exactly she wanted.

Shi Qi gently bit his lip, her voice muffled as she spoke her mind: "You can be rougher…"

"Just like last night."
